We will not be held liable for any undisclosed flaw, shipping errors by the Mercari/Yangdo seller; Or if the seller turns out to be a scammer (esp on links sent to us). We can help check for reviews and previous transactions, but the final decision will still depend on you.

  • strictly no cancellations

Please be 200% sure when placing your orders. No cancellations and refund requests will be accomodated; otherwise item is out of stock.Sending your payment means agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. No further payment negotiations will be accomodated afterwards.

  • no unboxing vid = no refund

If there are any concerns about the item received (damaged item; wrong item; missing item; lost parcel), please provide us an unboxing video.

  • DOP (DEadline of payment)

For Merca finds, buyers have the freedom to choose between PAYO (Pay As You Order); or 50% DP, and Remaining balance will be settled once the items are on hand; otherwise stated in the selling post. We will not secure an item if no payment has been made.Late payment fee of Php 50/day will be charged when the buyer fails to pay on the deadline.We have also the right to cancel the transaction if the buyer fails to settle remaining dues 10 days after the given deadline – no refund request will be accomodated; and you will be posted as bogus buyer.

Mercari: Our Calculator conversion rate is already INCLUSIVE of International Shipping Fee. However, the calculated ISF is for paper items only. We'll charge extra for albums, bulky, and heavy items.Yangdo: Our conversion rate is decimal x Php 480 + Kr SF (ranges from .3-.5; usually divided by takers) + ISF (Php 60/1-10 photocards)

Mercari: All items are FETA after ship out. We still have to wait for other items, so we can save on ISF. We ship via EMS, so that will only take 3-5 days to arrive at our address.Yangdo: All items are SFETA after ship out, it will take 2-4 weeks to arrive to PH if no delays. We still have to wait for other items, so we can save on ISF.Please no rush shipping.

How to Pasabuy

  1. DM us the link so we can check and secure; If you're not familiar with Mercari, just send us the complete details of the item (picture, group name, member, album, version, etc.);

  2. We'll send you quotations and options you can choose from;

  3. We'll wait for your confirmation on which to secure.

  4. Once confirmed, we'll send you the Order Confirmation.

  5. Settle the payment and we'll secure your item

  6. Once secured, items will arrive to PH in 2-4 weeks if no delays.

  1. DM us the link so we can check and talk to the seller to secure; If you're not familiar with Yangdo, just send us the complete details of the item (picture, group name, member, album, version, etc.);

  2. We'll send you quotations and options you can choose from;

  3. We'll wait for your confirmation on which to secure.

  4. Once confirmed, we'll send you the Order Confirmation.

  5. Settle the payment. Our Yangdo pasabuy is PAYO only (otherwise stated). We'll only secure the item once you're paid.

  6. Once secured, items will arrive to PH in 2-4 weeks after ship out if no delays. Our ship out depends on how fast we fill in our box.

  • is your mercari calculator all in?

Yes. Once your items are on hand, you’ll only have to pay for local shipping fee, and packing fee.

  • is payo within 24 hours?

PAYO means Pay As You Order. So after the Order Confirmation was sent, the buyer should be able to pay by then. For Mercari and Yangdo Finds, we will not secure your order if no NRDP made. For GOs, we can accept payments within 24 hours.

  • can i host hatian for the set you posted?

Yes. But please take note that we will only transact to one person only.

  • i hosted a hatian, can you ship the items to different addresses?

Sorry but no. We will only ship the item to the person we transacted with. However, if any of your claimers have an order from us too, we can have it shipped to them.

  • how do i know the status of my orders?

You can check the status of your order through our masterlist. However, there maybe times that we may not be able to update it on time, our dms are always open for status queries.

  • is combined shipping allowed?

Yes. You can combine all your orders into one shipment regardless if it’s from different GOs.
